**Job Title**: CNC Miller Setter Operator

**Location**: Bristol

**Pay Range/details**: £35490 to £38000 (inclusive of shift allowance)

**Working hours**:This role is Shift based, alternating each week**:
Shift Pattern 1 Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm Friday 6am-11am
Shift Pattern 2 Mon-Thurs 2pm-10pm Friday 11am-4pm

**Contract Type**: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client. They are a successful Engineering company that are offering a stable carrier in their precision machine shop. They require a CNC Miller - setter/operator, to set and operate CNC Milling centres with Fanucor Heidenhain control system.

**Qualifications & Requirements -CNC Miller Setter Operator
- Ability to self-manage, work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Understanding of Renishaw Tool Calibration and Spindle Probes
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Take Personal Pride in their work, ensuring high standards
- Be proactive for the continual improvement of processes.
- Deburring of Components
- Ensure safe working practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain clear/safe working areas and walkways.
- Must be a team player and be willing to adhere to company procedures

**Requirements
- CNC Miller Setter Operator
- Setting of 3,4,5 axis CNC milling centres to achieve first of approvals
- Experience of visual inspection
- Experience of Fanuc or Heidenhain control system.
