**You**

You should bring strong knowledge and experience in Performance Marketing within Ecommerce brands. A strong communicator, you’ll be confident guiding and explaining strategy and results to both clients and more junior team members. We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who is a criticial, strategic thinker, whether that be from agency or inhouse background. You should be passionate and focused about results, strong on analysis, driven, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy. You should have good technical knowledge across performance channels, and be keen to work with sustainable, ethical brands.
