**SALARY**:
Basic salary from **£27,417** plus **£4,200** Car Allowance & Fuel Card.

Here at **Orbit**we like to go above and beyond, therefore as part of our **monthly commission** structure you will have access to an additional annual amount of **£6,000** for achieving commission targets which could take your annual earnings total up to **£37,617**(inclusive of the car allowance).

**SHIFTS**:

- Flexible working patterns, to support your work-life balance. 25% of hours will be worked during our prime operating window between 4pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday.

**ROLE**:
As a**Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services you will need to be at ease speaking to our customers to discuss options that help them address their financial situation. You’ll be field based covering a region across Lancaster.

In this rewarding role we’ll support you to use your expertise and commitment to customer service to helping our customers achieve financial health. Your role will involve you:

- Visiting our customers at their home address supporting them get back on track with their outstanding arrears
- Day to day you can expect to resolve customer’s accounts on a personal basis, taking payments, and setting up repayment plans to help them achieve financial wellbeing
- Educating customers on the potential consequences of non-payment of their account
- We’ll supply you with an iPad so you can update customers’ accounts with visit outcomes, so you need to be IT literate and comfortable using the iPad

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS?**
- A clear criminal record
- No CCJ’s or IVA’s within the last 6 years
- Confident verbal communicator
- Good listening and decision making skills
- Proven time management skills
- Comfortable working alone
