Our new Installation services for Solar panels, batteries and EV charge points is helping to save homeowners money whilst helping customers do their bit in the fight against climate change. Your role will be to help support the growth of our customer base in becoming more energy independent, managing and delivering core elements of the customer journey to deliver our Solar and battery installation services operationally.
Energy independence and all that it offers is going to play a huge part in So Energy’s growth plan. This person will be imperative to the success and by joining at the beginning of this journey you will have the opportunity to shape the function and see it grow as we gain more and more customers in the coming months and years The Energy Independence Administrator will be highly adept and comfortable managing multiple processes and working with and co-ordinating stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver core aspects of the end to end customer journey from first contact through to installation. This includes managing and co-ordinating third party surveyors and installers to ensure a great customer experience, problem solving when challenges arise, owning relevant regulatory submissions, managing core performance reporting requirements for the team, improving processes and owning invoicing activity and related reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Be able to manage multiple processes, prioritise your workload and adapt to change dependent on customer and business requirements.
- Ability to co-ordinate internal resources and third parties across multiple workstreams.
- Able to remain unphased when speaking with third party delivery/installation partners.
- Prior experience within the UK residential solar and energy storage market desirable but not essential.
- Be proactive, with an eye for process improvement opportunities.
- Update and report on key performance indicators to support team performance, strategy decisions and Provide reporting to manage delivery and stock forecasts.
- Co-ordinate and manage third parties to delivery customer surveys and installations.
- Overcome challenges to the service delivery and comfortable reacting to changing circumstances.
- Be key support to Energy Independence Advisors.
- Key source of process improvement suggestions.
- Manage customer invoices and associated reporting.
- Manage finance executions.
- Manage EPVS and HIES submissions.
- Process mapping to support ongoing delivery and process improvement.
- Support EV Charge Point proposition growth.

- Confident dealing with stakeholders across multi-channels.
- Be upskilled to a high standard in all processes & tasks
- Supporting Energy Independence Advisors to rectify any issues around service delivery.
- A strong drive for process improvement and a willingness to take the initiative.
- A passion to change the way we use energy on the grid, helping people make the shift away from fossil fuels towards cleaner energy
