**About the Role**
As a construction manager you will manage all aspects of operational work within a designated geographical area, managing supervisory staff and all duties associated with direct labour and subcontractor teams.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

The North West Team are currently involved in a number of high profile projects within the Greater Manchester and Merseyside regions.
Recently completed schemes include the Arts and Humanities Building for MMU, the new Science and Engineering Building for the University of Salford, the Spine for Liverpool City Council and the new Student Campus at Copperas Hill for Liverpool John MooresUniversity. Live schemes include Wirral Growth Company, Salford Central C1 and Islington Phase 1 and 4 in Manchester, North Manchester General Hospital, Gorton Community Hub, Hammerstone Road Deport, the new Robotics centre for the University of Salford andthe House of Sport.
