**We are expanding our team and require experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our service users with their complex care needs.**

If you are committed, motivated, enjoy delivering one to one support and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families, this could be just the position you are looking for

We provide care to those who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.

We offer full comprehensive training to support with all clinical needs but require your invaluable care experience to assist with any social, personal care needs, medication administration and moving and handling.

We work hard to build close relationships with our service users and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

**Please note that training will be provided locally**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Tracheostomy Care
- Ventilation Management
- Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)

**Weekdays ** £10.50ph _(£126 approx per 12 hour shift)_

**Weeknights** £11.00ph _(£132 approx per 12 hour shift)_

**Saturday ** £15.00ph _(£138 approx per 12 hour shift)_

**Sunday ** £15.50ph _(£144 approx per 12 hour shift)_

**Bank Holidays **£16.00ph _(£180 approx per 12 hour shift)_

**Earnings dependant on package.**

We have developed an industry-leading reward and recognition scheme that we are extremely proud of which offers minimum pay rates from **£10.50 per hour in this area** and a fantastic loyalty reward scheme. Rewarding at months 6 and 12 and entered into quarterly prize draws.
