Market leading maintenance company that is still looking to aggressively grow. Working in a new office that manages multiple reactive maintenance and voids contracts.
**Role**:
**Education**:

- Minimum A-C level of education
- Financial qualifications would be an advantage
- NVQ Business Admin would be an advantage
- Relevant HNC / Vocational qualifications

**Experience**:
Relevant experience in commercial administration to include, but not limited too, data input, using paper base and electronic filling systems, data correlation, financial input, job/finance correlation & attending meetings.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- NHF SOR codes
- Previous experience in building maintenance
- Adaptable and take on challenges
- Communication skills
- Show an understanding of the need to provide the profitable deployment of resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Fully engage and take responsibility to deliver maximum performance
- Promote good working relationships with colleagues, clients, customers & other stakeholders
