**What does a day look like for you here?**
Working on **hybrid** basis from our Manchester office, you will embark on a transformative 3-month placement to gain practical experience and hands-on training in the field of Learning Design.
During your three-month contract, you'll embark on an engaging E-learning project for a newly launched product. Building content from the ground up, you'll have the chance to express your creativity and gain valuable experience throughout the process. As this is a new project, you'll have the autonomy to suggest innovative learning approaches and collaborate closely with our experienced L&D team to ensure the project's success.

Ideally, you will have a degree in Digital Learning (or related field) or be scheduled to graduate soon. This role welcomes applicants with or without prior experience, as the program is tailored to offer hands-on learning opportunities for recent graduates stepping into their first professional position.
You should also have:
- Degree in Digital Learning or related field.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate (or similar).
- Willingness to learn and embrace our mission and values.
