We are currently looking for a** Reward Administrator** to join our People Team

This exciting role will give you the opportunity to support the Reward team in delivering strategic reward initiatives, acting as a contact for day to day reward queries. You will support a variety of reward tasks and projects, with organisation and communication at the heart of this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- ️ **What you will do?**
- Provide administrative support for** day to day Reward processes**:

- Provide administrative support for our **employee benefits**, including assisting with annual renewals, claims, flexible benefit requests and **employee queries**:

- Support the development and maintenance of intuitive and interactive **reward documentation** including benefit guides and process documents
- Support strategic reward initiatives on an annual (e.g. bonus and pay review) and adhoc basis
- ** Manage the Reward inbox**, answering queries or filtering them to the relevant team member as appropriate
- Support the monthly payroll process
- Organise long **service awards**:

- Support the **promotion process**:

- Support the maintenance of data integrity in the HR system
- Pull reports to feed into the monthly/quarterly people report
- Provide people related data to inform key projects as required
- Support the **job architecture project**

Qualifications:

- at least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- the ability to manage and prioritise workload in a fast-paces environment.
- a keen eye on detail
- the ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.

Big plus if you have:

- CIPD Level 3 qualification
- a good understanding and ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear manner.
