**Job Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering results to join our growing team at Biomel as a Fulfilment Executive. In this role, you will ensure orders are delivered to customers within target delivery times while creating an exceptional customer service experience. You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team where collaboration is welcomed at every level This role offers the opportunity to grow and can be a stepping stone to future career prospects within Supply Chain and Operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee order fulfilment through various platforms and courier partners.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by collaborating closely with warehouse and customer service teams.
- Maintain close communication and coordination with all stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
- Manage inventory/stock and maintain traceability records.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify and recommend improvements to fulfilment processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire order fulfilment process from order receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Process documents and labels for the warehouse team for pick and pack orders.

- Excellent time management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
- Capable of working well under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
