**_Starting Salary: £20,000 p/a (increasing to £20,500 p/a after passing probation - Shift allowance included_**
**_Shift rotation: 4 on 4 off, covering both days and nights (shift allowance is as follows -_**_ _**Late Shifts £2,500.00 p/a or Mixed Shifts £1,250.00 p/a)**

Together we provide helpful and reliable services on our buses, keep thousands of vehicles on the road, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Join us as a Controller in this vital, fast-moving role and you'll play your part in helping us do that. It's about working as part of our Control team where you'll book, manage and monitor transport services and emergency transport services for our customers.
Day to day, you'll respond to customer enquiries, escalate issues, liaise with transport operators and external agencies, complete paperwork, and communicate with your team. And you'll aim to meet all of our contractual obligations while hitting all agreed service level agreements and performance targets.
We're not looking for specific experience, but you will need to be based in Lancashire, and have excellent customer service, professional call handling skills, and the ability to find solutions to all kinds of problems.
You'll also work well as part of a team, often under pressure, and you'll have lots of empathy and a flexible approach. And, if you have a knowledge of railway and road transport regulations, including drivers' hours regulations, you'll be able to make the impact we're looking for.
