**Tech Writer**

Tractable is the world's first computer vision unicorn ($1 Billion valued company) for financial services. Our mission is to use the latest breakthroughs in AI to solve real world problems and improve people's lives across the world.

We put a car expert in people's pocket so when you get into an accident, a few photos with your smartphone is all you need to get back to normal faster. This year our AI is also helping families recover faster after their homes have been destroyed by natural disasters. Tractable is launching a suite of standard products that are derived from solutions we have delivered to customers over the past 4 years. As part of that effort we need to develop standard product documentation for a primarily sales and customer success audience that will allow them to understand and answer customer questions about our new offerings.

**What you will be doing**:
You will handle the end to end process of scoping, defining the artifact media, gathering raw content from multiple sources and product team members up to ultimately delivering a completed packet of documentation for our standard products.

**This will Involve**:

- Working remotely with weekly status check ins with the VP of Product
- Managing your work as a project, tracking the inputs you need to work
- Delivering a final pack of documentation per product
- Training product managers on how to maintain the artifacts you create

**Skills / experience we're looking for**:

- Experience developing documentation for B2B, SaaS solutions
- Experience developing documentation for use by sales reps and internal users
- Desirable to have worked for multiple companies as a tech writer and gained experiences with different systems and approaches
