We are recruiting a Sales Negotiator who has a passion for all things property. As a Negotiator in our busy North Swindon Office, your responsibilities would include;
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with Vendors and Buyers
- Identifying and maximising opportunities including sales, mortgage leads and valuations.
- Generating and carrying out viewings
- Encourage and negotiate offers
- Showing leadership skills where needed
- Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets

Schedule
- Monday to Friday with Saturday availability (A weekday day off in exchange for a Saturday worked)

Estate Agency experience not essential but a strong, proven sales background would be favourable.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
