We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled**Principal Contractor Project Manager** to help deliver an in-flight, very complex, multi-disciplined construction project for one of our large transport clients based in London E20.

The **Principal Contract Project Manager**will assist a project currently in full delivery with the client acting as Principal Contractor as well as Client under the CDM regulations. There are key integration milestones in these works linkedto the Maintenance Team and critical maintenance of transport stock.
- Experienced PM with Principal Contractor experience
- Professional Qualification in Project Management or equivalent experience
- Experience of delivering large construction/transport maintenance projects
- Through knowledge of CDM regulations and legal duties for a Primary Contractor
- Ability to deal with a very complex and multi discipline project
- Experience of managing performance and delivery through external contractors and/or suppliers.
