Paraplanner Manager

Mbf are working with a national firm of Independent Financial Advisers to recruit a Paraplanner Manager. The business is well known, established & have won multiple awards, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced PP Manager to manage, coach and developa team of Paraplanners.
You will work closely with the Head of Paraplanning, you will be expected to manage a growing team of Paraplanners with the ultimate goal of delivering an efficient & robust service to both Financial Advisers and clients.
Key duties include:
- Directly manage the workflow between the advisers and the Paraplanners, to ensure that the resource is allocated according to business needs
- Conduct regular one to one meetings and annual appraisals and regularly review the training and development requirements of the Paraplanners.
- To provide a first class Paraplanner service to Private Client Advisers, when required.
- To actively participate in relevant training, competence and development initiatives.
To be considered you MUST be Level 4 qualified and any additional exams towards Chartered would be advantageous. You will ideally be working within a Paraplanner Manager or Team Leader role, however very experienced Paraplanners who are looking to move intoManagement will also be considered.
The client is offering a competitive basic salary to £60,000 + bonus and company benefits including flexible working.
