Nightclub Bartender

This job is aimed at local people who will be able to work the weekends especially during non term time when our student workers go home

Move & Bomba is a independent nightclub in Exeter that hosts some of the biggest DJs in the scene. We're looking for an enthusiastic bartender to join our team who has a passion for music and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender at Move & Bomba nightclub, you'll be responsible for creating and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and security, maintaining a well-stocked bar and monitoring inventory levels, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customers have a great experience.

Wages 50p extra before midnight and then £1 extra after midnight is added to your minimum wage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment
- Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and security
- Maintaining a well-stocked bar and monitoring inventory levels
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers have a great experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous bartending experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- A passion for music and the nightlife industry

Pay: Up to £12.44 per hour
