**Butchery Operatives - Eye - near Diss - We have opportunities for butchers to join the team in the pork slaughter and processing plant on a full-time, permanent basis. The hours are attractive too: Monday - Friday, 6am-4pm.**

**Professional Butchery Operative Grade B Professional One cut on pace line: £14.40ph**

**Professional Butchery Operative Grade A Professional Two + cuts on pace line: £15.40ph**

**The Role**:
To support the team in delivering quality pork cuts to our customers, working to the highest of standards. You will be a team player with a natural ability to motivate others and an inherent need to develop yourself through continuous improvement. You must also be very health and safety conscious.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Working on a busy production line, supporting the delivery of key accountabilities, including:

- Quality
- Yield
- Productivity
- Health, safety and environmental impacts

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
You will be competent in the de-boning of pork carcasses in one or more of the following areas:

- Leg
- Shoulder
- Middle
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Be physically fit
