INNSiDERs are our local experts, who freely interact with guests to offer their insights and expertise on the best of the local neighbourhood. The receptionist provides an efficient and courteous service to guests, ensuring excellent customer care and intuition, anticipating our guests needs tailored to their stay. They are able to use their initiative and work within department guidelines to resolve complaints, as they have a genuine desire for every guest to leave satisfied.
