**Overview**
We have exciting opportunities for town planners from Planner to Director levels, to join our award winning, multidisciplinary Planning and Communities Division. We lead work, across the business, on a very a wide variety of projects, for the private, public and third sectors. Our professional service is bespoke and we need planners that have a sound understanding of the planning process, a good understanding of design and the importance of environmental matters in influencing better outcomes.
We are seeking planners and various levels because we are able to work flexibly between teams, delivering work at all levels - and we continue to shape our own future.
Our current work portfolio includes regeneration schemes, major healthcare, mixed use and housing development as well as major transport development - informed by a myriad of previous and wide-ranging experience. These can be high profile and of the highest value, working within creative and engaging design teams.

**The Role**
Applicants should have an RTPI accredited degree and be Chartered Town Planners or already working towards qualification.
As an experienced town planner, you know that no two days are the same, and the same can be said for our projects
You will be enthusiastic, with excellent research, communication and writing skills. You will be prepared to offer well informed and accurate advice when it matters and be enthused at the prospect of being involved and influential within design teams, from project inception, right through to their delivery. You will have a good understanding of development management, the vagaries of planning system and be open minded about the sorts of projects and Clients that you work for.
We deliver our projects through Hybrid working, with the team working from the London office a minimum of two to three days per week. You will though, be adaptable to meet the needs of the work that we do.
