**Part Time Grounds Maintenance (Operative and Team Leader)**

**Hourly Rate of Pay £9.50 - Weekly pay.**

**Contract: Permanent - Full Time**

**Hours**

Mon - Fri (minimum 2 hours per day) - decide between which hours you would like to work as long as the site is visited for 2 hours each day between Mon - Fri

**What we do**

We undertake all types of Grounds Maintenance and Soft Landscaping work,
- Grass cutting
- Weeding
- Shrub maintenance
- Hedge cutting
- Litter picking

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for Hard Working, Reliable people with a passion for Grounds Maintenance to work around the Frodsham Shopping Centre maintaining their grounds and public areas

**Role Responsibilities**
- Following and completing work schedules through the companies Portal/IT system
- Driving Vehicles
- Communication with clients and customers
- Adhere to company standards such as PPE, risk assessments and COSHH
- Responsibility for keeping machinery and equipment in good working condition and reporting any issues as per company procedures
- Undertake all grounds maintenance works to specification achieving the highest standards at all times

- Are you experienced in a similar role or have transferable skills
- Can you motivate and build relationships with your small team
- Can you use a basic IT System
- Full driving license
- Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
- Confident communicator
