**What you’ll do**
- Make an impact from day one — dive straight into real projects across R&D, Patent Box and Grant Funding, not just shadowing from the sidelines.
- Support success — help clients meet compliance and reporting obligations while driving growth through R&D claims and financial solutions.
- Learn fast, grow faster — with mentoring, hands-on experience, and structured training to sharpen your technical, commercial, and professional skills.
- Build expertise in UK corporation tax, with a focus on innovation reliefs like R&D tax credits and the Patent Box.
- Gain knowledge of ROI corporation tax and how it applies in practice.
- Build expertise in project accounting, management accounting, and forecasting to support effective decision-making.
- Work with businesses to match funding requirements, gaining insight various grant funds across multiple jurisdictions such as NI, UK, ROI and the EU.
- Gain knowledge in corporation tax software and its interaction with R&D group relief and funding.
- Work directly with the senior leaders of the business to gain diverse experience.
- Study with support, with dedicated time to study and a team behind you as you work towards a professional accounting qualification.
