**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Supervise and manage the work of team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in accordance with project specifications.
- Coordinate daily activities and allocate resources effectively to optimise productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and resource needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among team members promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: £220.00-£240.00 per day

**Experience**:

- Hand tools: 5 years (required)
- Organisational skills: 3 years (required)
- Carpentry: 5 years (required)
