**Recruitment Consultant**

**£28-30k Basic (DOE)**| Colchester, Newmarket, Chelmsford, Blackpool, Ipswich, Manchester, Liverpool, Bury St Edmunds, Braintree, Southend, Sudbury | Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 plus on call | 28 Days Annual Leave | Flexible Working | Award winningHospitality Recruitment Business

Are you ambitious, driven and love dealing with people?

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is to generate business revenue through the provision of a personal tailored service, supplying all grades of catering personnel. Previous recruitment experience is not essential as training will be provided, howeverstrong admin and IT skills are a must along with a positive attitude and a sense of humour.

**Duties (include but are not limited to)**:

- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their recruitment requirements
- Managing the Recruitment Process
- Building a portfolio of clients
- Business Development - both face to face and on the phone
- Creating job adverts
- Creating temporary placement opportunities
- Client Visits

**Person Specification**:

- Experience working within catering/hospitality
- A dynamic, hard-working, confident, ambitious individual with a keen willingness to pick up the phone
- Organised, with the ability to multi-task, maintaining a high level of communication and accuracy
- Motivated and driven
- An effective communicator who can identify and close opportunities
