We are looking for **Wet Waste Crew Members** to join our team at **Leeds Festival 2025.** This role involves handling waste management in a busy festival environment, including hazardous waste, to ensure the site remains clean and safe for all festival-goers.

**What You’ll Need**:

- **Experience handling waste** and knowledge of waste management practices is preferred.
- Ability to work with **hazardous waste** materials safely and efficiently.
- **Health and safety awareness**, including handling waste safely in compliance with regulations.
- **Positive attitude** and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Physical fitness** to carry out demanding tasks over long shifts.
- You **MUST HOLD A DRIVING LICENSE FOR THIS ROLE**, copies will need to be provided on acceptance of the role.
- Ability to follow **health and safety guidelines** to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage wet waste** across the festival site, including collecting, sorting, and disposing of waste materials.
- Handle **hazardous waste** materials such as liquids or waste with biohazard risks, ensuring all materials are disposed of properly and in line with regulations.
- Work efficiently with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment for festival-goers.
- **Follow strict health and safety guidelines** while handling wet and hazardous waste to prevent accidents and ensure safety.
- Assist in the maintenance of clean-up and disposal areas and report any issues with waste systems promptly.
- Communicate effectively with your team and management to ensure smooth waste management operations.
