**Key Focus**:
The key focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the Service Delivery department, which is made up of 3 teams: Installation Survey, Service Delivery, and After Care. You will be asked to develop and provide various pieces of information to the internal team and wider Jurassic departments, in order to manage all of the administrative elements that come with delivering service to Jurassic Fibre customers. As a Service Delivery Dispatcher, you will be building relationships with various internal and external parties, coordinating resources, documents, and tasks with those teams, as well as conducting assessments of our current working practices and how they could be improved or automated to make us more efficient in our delivery of service to customers. This is a pivotal role within the team, as well as being a varied and exciting position, which you will be empowered to make your own.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- On demand changes to scheduling due to customer related failures, engineer sickness, vehicles off the road, equipment malfunctions etc.
- Providing any last minute availability to our Installation Management team to fill as much spare installation capacity as possible
- Support administration of reports (A55’s) for failed installation surveys
- Creating planner tasks for failed surveys/installs
- Monitor and manage the new onboarding process to ensure it is being followed by HR, Procurement and Fleet
- Monitor and manage all vehicle appointments required by fleet to ensure all vans are mechanically safe and on the road
- Updating and changing our remote storage locations (ByBox) as required based on team growth, crew changes, and new released areas
- Handling failed deliveries and resolving issues with the crews
- Organising overtime where it is required, managing attendance of out of houses jobs to coincide with Traffic Management, and filling month end overtime claims with HR ahead of payroll cutoff
- Adding survey packs to work orders for B2B installations
- Any other administrative or dispatch related tasks the team need support with or make reasonable requests for help
- Look at ways to improve and automate existing processes

**Person Spec**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2+ years of administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) skills
- Confident and proficient with technology
- Previous knowledge of telecommunications and delivering FTTP services would be an asset
- Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic team
- Proficient in process mapping
- GCSE Math’s & English passes
- Clear understanding of operational delivery in a commercially focused business environment and timely delivery of customer requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent people skills and telephone manner
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
- A general ability to learn and use a variety of software/apps/digital media
- Experience in delivering FTTP services (Desirable)
