We are recruiting for a growing company in Brentwood who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their established team, on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is studying their AAT and can gain practical experienceat the same time.
They are centrally located; provide parking, study support including day release for college and hybrid working, plus other great benefits.
You would be responsible for working within the accounts team to execute high volume processing of customer transactions.
Key Responsibilities as follows:

- Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
- A small amount of processing Sales Ledger invoices
- Reconciliation of suppliers
- Analysis
- Ad-hoc accounts duties asked my the finance team leader

Key Requirements for the role:

- Studying towards AAT
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise their workload efficiently and effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Good Excel skills
- Some basic accounts experience would be an advantage but not a must
