**Identity and Access Management Business Analyst (IAM BA)**

Global Beauty firm require an IAM BA to join their IAM Programme to deliver and roll out IAM globally as part of the wider Information Security Programme.

The IAM BA will need the following experience:

- Worked as a Cyber Security BA on an IAM Project previously for a globally firm
- Focus on capturing the 'as is' processes around access management within each country and understanding any specific local requirements
- Identify gaps between the 'as is' processes and proposed future state processes
- Develop a set of requirements for Identity and Access Management taking into account the architecture proposed by the 3rd party suppliers (SI and IAM Product Vendor)
- Work with the 3rd party suppliers to reconcile the IAM Product capabilities against the requirements and identify gaps
- Work with the 3rd party suppliers to develop the target operating model and roadmap
- Present all deliverables for review and achieve approval by the end of the IAM Assessment Phase of work
- They also need requirements elicitation skills to capture any specific needs or nuances
- Gain understanding of each of the countries current state architecture and processes
- Present all deliverables for review and achieve approval by the end of the IAM Assessment Phase of work
- Stakeholders skills, ability to understand processes and spot gaps where the process doesn't quite make sense and ask questions to fill in the gaps.
