**Salary**:£24,045 per annum

**Location**:Alder Vets, Guildford

**Job Type**:Permanent, full-time

**Hours**:Monday: 11am - 7.30pm; Tuesday: 8am - 4.30pm; Wednesday: 11am - 7.30pm; Thursday: 8am - 4.30pm; Friday shifts will vary, to discuss at interview.; 1:5 Saturdays: 8am - 4.30pm; 30-minute break.

**_ Alder Veterinary Practice are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our friendly team. _**

Duties to include, but not limited to;
- Booking, cancelling and rearranging appointments, Liaising with team members to ensure the efficient diary management.
- Taking and recording payments.
- Completing and balancing end of day reconciliation.
- Receiving insurance claim forms ensuring they are completed correctly and passing them on to the insurance team.
- Ensuring that the reception area and consult rooms are keep clean and tidy.
- Supporting clients during emotional situations.
- Communicating with clients if appointments are running late or if there are any diary changes.
