**Hours**:full-time, 33 hours 45 minutes per week. 08:30 to 3:45 Monday to Friday

**Contract**:Permanent, term-time only: 39 weeks per year includes 1 week Continued Professional Development per year (44.6 paid weeks per year)

**Full time equivalent salary**:From £25,780 per annum including London Fringe

**Actual salary**: From £20,114 per annum including London Fringe

We are seeking a professional, organised and proactive Receptionist for our school to be the welcoming face of our school and a key part of our administrative team.

Required from September 2025 (although a handover period is planned in advance) you will be responsible for greeting visitors in a polite and welcoming manner, managing enquiries efficiently and professionally, co-ordinating school communications including newsletters and notices.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills along with strong administrative and organisational abilities. A calm, approachable and professional manner, especially under pressure, is important.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.

Closing date: midday Monday 12 May 2025 and interviews will be held on 4 or 5 June.
