Our client is a multi-award-winning independent estate agent who work with a variety of different properties in the region of South London. Due to our client’s continuous success and development, they are looking for an eager to learn, hard-working and dedicatedindividual to join their team of 12 property experts. The hours for this full-time role are 8.30am - 6pm during the week, and 8.30am -5pm Saturday, with a day off in lieu. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced lettings administrator to progresstheir career and work for a prestigious company who recognises and rewards success.

Given our clients central and visible location in the heart of Purley, our client has proven to be extremely successful, especially in today's market. Our client is looking for someone who is inquisitive and responsible who can assist other members of theteam with administrative responsibilities alongside processing new lettings paperwork. This role will also require some negotiator duties, so no 2 days will ever be the same, however our client is willing to provide training where required. Working in thishistorical and prime location for an independent agency is an astounding opportunity.
