**MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER - NEW DIRECTIONS**
**The Job**
As a mental health support worker you will be working within a team delivering care and support to adults with mental health diagnoses in our supported living services. As a mental health support worker, you will be supporting them to undertake daily tasks, attending appointments, providing emotional support, and empowering them to achieve their goals. A mental health support worker will also be involved in:
- Facilitating a programme of therapeutic activities
- Co-produce support plans and risk management plans with your clients
- Facilitate 1:1 key work sessions with clients
- Engage in clinical reflective practice sessions to reflect on experience and develop your skills
- Give clients the tools to enable them to be empowered and independent
