**What you will do in your working day**

The successful applicant will receive training to complete the following duties:

- Keeping client contact details up to date on our Teams System.
- Tracking employee expenses on our internal Apollo database and filing the receipts on our Teams software.
- Processing accounting transactions on Sage 50, in particular, recording daily customer receipts.
- Entering purchase invoices onto Sage 50 accounts.
- Assisting with administration for new starters and leavers.
- Taking incoming telephone calls and taking messages.

**The training you will be getting**

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

Apprentices will gain experience in managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills, decision-making and the potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others.

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours - Learners and employers will have a range of options to select from that cover each knowledge module of the apprenticeship standard.

Functional Skills - These provide practical skills to help gain the most out of work, education and everyday life. Learners will complete written and online tests.

End point assessment - The End Point Assessment is the final stage of the apprenticeship. It comprises written and practical tests as well as a professional dialogue and interview.

**What to expect before starting**
- **Before starting, we aim to train and upskill individuals with our NOCN accredited courses, these will be once a week, every two weeks, over a three month period. Upon completion of each course, you will receive a certificate. Not only does this look amazing on your CV for employers, but you're able to upskill yourself at zero cost**

**Salary**: From £10,982.00 per year
