As part of our dedication to the service Postmasters provide their communities, our Network Provision team play a vital role in ensuring the number of functioning Post Offices stays consistent. As Head of Network Provision you will have direct management responsibility for a team of eight Managers responsible for the teams that approach and support new Postmasters as well as project managing the installation of new services.

Responsible for the delivery of the business strategy including operations and retention, you will be given the opportunity to review our processes and procedures to identify areas where efficiencies can be delivered and propose strategic changes. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders including local businesses, MP’s and our Executive team as you take ownership of the national function.

As this 12 month role is national there will be plenty of travel involved as you work collaboratively with the wider field teams including Regional and Area Managers, Press Office and Network Design team.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Highly developed leadership skills and management experience
- Experience managing a National Operations team within Retail
- Passion for great Customer Service and a desire to drive excellence
- Ideally an understanding or experience working within a Franchise environment
