**About The Role**:
We are looking for a experienced
**Multi Skilled Technician** with a core trade in Carpentry with experience in fitting fire doors to join our team of talented people.

**Purpose of the role**:

- You will provide a high quality fire door install and repair** **service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
- You will be included in our **out of hours** service, ensuring the **safety **of our **customers **at all times
- You will act as an ambassador for LiveWest

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- You will have a core trade in **Carpentry** achieved by either a formal qualification, or qualified by experience fitting fire doors.
- You will have good general **multi-skilled abilities**
- You will have a good level of literacy and numeracy

**This is a full time opportunity although part time (minimum 30 hours per week) or job share may be available.**

To be considered for the role of Multi Skilled Technician, you will:

- Be highly competent
- Have a **positive, can do attitude**
- Have exceptional **customer service** skills with the ability to engage customers and communicate with them effectively and confidently
- Ideally have experience working in customers properties
- Hold a full, valid UK/EU driving licence (this will be checked with the DVLA)
