We are currently recruiting a for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service / Credit Controller (known internally as a Credit Management Clerk) to join our high performing and friendly Credit Management team based in Bristol BS1 3AG

We are looking for a customer focused individual who has a background of fast paced customer service and/or credit management (credit control) based roles.

Key responsibilities of this role will include;
- Resolve customer invoice queries within agreed time scales
- Actively engage with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Services and Finance where appropriate to ensure all of the above are achieved
- Complete ad hoc tasks in relation to the above when appropriate

**About You**

Alongside these you will need to have;
- You will have proven and demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced customer service and/or credit management (credit control) environment
- You will have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build a quick rapport with the customer
- You will be polite and professional at all times and have a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work as a team player and on your own initiative
- Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office / Google programmes
- Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve.
- Demonstrate the core DPD DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Hard Work and Accountability.

**Additional Information**
