**Job Profile**: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be accountable to the Technical Lead for the technical requirements. This includes the cascade of high-level business requirements to low level requirements, the data model technical process model, and supportinglogic. The requirements need to be consumable by development and testing and enable development and testing without further questions. There will be several Business Analysts in the business to work with and within IT to manage. The team design allows forBusiness Analysts to work on end-to-end features and on specialised component elements. - A structured requirements leader with experience managing a complex project in a large firm. - Experience of working on end-to-end journeys, from digital through internal processes to system of record. - Experience of workflow, case management, ideally in a client service context. - Experience building a technical process from a digital journey. - Experience working with integrated systems and handling handovers across system and organisation boundaries. - Experience covering both process and data models equally. - Experience of managing requirements through a cascade from high level to low level. Working with testing and development to ensure requirements can be consumed and verified with ease. JIRA / Confluence desirable. - Experience designing and managing "ways of working" that close the circle around vision, high level requirements, low level requirements, development, and testing. Enabling proof that results match expectations. Agile experience is desirable. - Working with a wide and diverse group of stakeholders. Including product owners, end users, architects, developers, project managers. Able to work with senior and junior staff.
