**Essential criteria**
- Minimum Childcare Level 2/BTEC equivalent is essential for this role.
- If Level 3 qualified, a minimum Level 2 qualification in Maths and English Language is also required.
- Childcare Experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Being the responsible key worker for individual children/ groups.
- Planning and bringing to life activities for children
- Having a sound understanding of the EYFS framework
- Inspiring children and supporting their development.
- Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are adhered to
- Creating and maintaining a happy, exciting, fun and secure experience for children.
- Developing and maintain good relationships with children and parents

Fisherfield Childcare have an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner who is passionate and ready to provide an outstanding level of childcare. This is a part time permanent role of 16 hours a week across Wednesday and Thursday, based at our nursery in Edinburgh Way, Rochdale, OL11 2PD. Fisherfield Childcare is a family-run business with nurseries across Manchester, all of which have an Ofsted rating of Good. We have been providing first class education and childcare for the last 28 years, and are looking for someone special to join our dedicated and supportive team.
