**Customer Service Sales Advisor - Southend**

Are you experienced in Customer Service and looking for a new permanent opportunity? If so, we have an exciting new position with our successful client based in Southend on Sea who are looking for an **Customer Service Sales Advisor.**

**Role**:
To provide effective, efficient customer service and support enabling an exceptional level of service to customers and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Attend meetings with potential and existing customers
- Play an integral part in building relationships with our customers and a key role in the management and retention
- Escalation points for every eventuality - inspiring confidence in the customer as the ‘go-to’ contact
- Bespoke reports generated each month for selected customers
- Process management - pro-active to a very high degree, ensuring that the customer never has to chase us for an update on any query
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused and passionate about service
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise workload
- Pro-active approach and ability to use initiative
- Must be able to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
- Personable and confident
- Passionate about providing an excellent service with every customer interaction.
- Is able to work as part of a team whilst working remotely

**Salary:

£23,300 Per annum**

**Duration:

- Permanent**

**Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm**
