Ready to carve out a career in precision metalwork? We're on the lookout for a skilled Metal Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. As the conductor behind our metal-forming presses, you will be shaping raw materials into finely crafted components.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the operation of metal-forming presses, skillfully shaping, cutting, and stamping metal components to perfection.
- Master machine controls, adjusting speed, pressure, and temperature to orchestrate flawless performances.
- Conduct meticulous inspections of finished products, ensuring they surpass our rigorous quality standards.
- Maintain product quality by making necessary machine adjustments and preserving top-tier precision.
- Translate engineering drawings and blueprints into reality, executing specifications and tolerances with precision.
- Adhere to detailed job instructions, crafting raw materials into dimensions of excellence.
- Sustain our production rhythm through routine maintenance on presses and associated tools, guaranteeing peak performance.
- Identify and report equipment issues, ensuring uninterrupted production flow.
- Prioritise safety guidelines, fostering a secure and inspiring workplace.
- Don personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety procedures, promoting harmony in our safety efforts.
- Collaborate closely with team members, engineers, and quality control personnel to achieve seamless production harmony.
- Communicate effectively, ensuring team synchronisation and addressing any arising issues or concerns.
- Record production data accurately, maintaining comprehensive records of quantities produced, machine settings, and quality details.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation, ensuring our production runs hit all the right notes.

**Salary**: 22,000 -24,000 (Your experience is your currency)

**Working Hours**: Full-time position, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (Friday 7:00 am to 2:00 pm).
