**The role & the skillset required**:
The main purpose of the role is to conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree on lets and progress let’s through to exchange and completion.
- Identifying and **maximising business **opportunities
- Carrying out **Lettings **and Listings
- Booking **property viewings** and registering applicants
- Delivering **exceptional customer service** over the phone and face to face
- Working towards and **achieving personal and branch targets**:

- Giving **directives to the lettings team** to lead them to branch targets
- Negotiating and agreeing on **tenancies**:

- **Representing the company** in a professional manner
- Building **strong relationships** with local property owners

**Salary**: £19,760.00-£21,000.00 per year
