**Overview**: - An opportunity for an individual possessing estate agency experience to join one of the best-known estate agency chains in the Essex area, as the Sales Advisor within a busy estate agency in the East Ham area **Job Title**: - Estate Agency Sales Advisor **Location**: - East Ham **Remuneration**: - Basic salary of £20,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months) with an OTE of between £25,000 and £30,000, Car or Car Allowance, Pension, Life Insurance and Company rewards and incentives **Main Duties**: - An excellent opportunity for an individual possessing estate agency experience to join one of Essex’s estate agency chains as a sales advisor in the East Ham area. - You will sell customers their dream home alongside arranging house viewings and open days which you will accompany them on, booking valuations and upselling the services this company use such as mortgages and conveyancing. - You will be making a lot of calls, generating new business and providing help and advice to the customers on their move. - Attend daily meetings to share information and updates with your team. **Key Skills**: - An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy into you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales.
