Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager or a Senior Marketing Executive who is keen to take the next step in their career.

**The Opportunity**

This is a hands-on marketing and events role, which will see the post holder managing all aspects of Tingdene marketing including, but not limited to; brand management, managing marketing systems and events and liaising with multiple internal departments.They'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the department and be a key player in the development of future campaigns.

This role is ideal for a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious individual who would like to progress within their marketing career.

**About the Role**
- Managing and developing a team to assist with the full marketing mix
- Working with the senior management team to develop & implement strategic marketing plans
- Content planning and management using various media
- Copywriting; blogs, case studies, product descriptions, adverts, website copy etc
- Creating marketing campaigns for product launches, events and lead generation
- Website updates to improve UX, SEO and the addition of content using Drupal CMS
- Organisation and coordination of external events, exhibitions and internal events
- Producing internal communications to support various departments including employer branding for HR
- Managing the brand position, identity and reputation both internally and externally to uphold brand values and align goals with mission statement
- Managing third party agencies and suppliers
- Achieve all given daily, weekly and monthly targets within required timescales
- Identifying and flagging issues with the website and refining the UX using HotJar & BugHerd

**Additional Information** Core hours of work are between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

**Essential Skills**
- Previous Management/Supervisory experience.
- B2B and B2C marketing experience.
- Excellent understanding of traditional and digital marketing methods and strategies.
- Strong understanding of branding concepts such as tone of voice, personality, attributes, values and positioning.
- Understanding of SEO and how to optimise online content alongside managing social media channels and executing campaigns.
- Good understanding of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and Google Ads.
- Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Good understanding of Facebook ads; developing strategies, content & ad creation, reporting.
- Passionate about marketing with understanding of data and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Educated to degree level in Marketing or a closely relevant field.
- Minimum grade B GSCE in English language.

**Desired Skills**
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Experience working with HubSpot marketing and sales platform and Drupal CMS.
- Understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with video editing.
- Good understanding of Canva.
- Experience using Asana.
