We are now recruiting for an outstanding school in Dorking as they are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to inspire and support students with complex needs and autism.**

**About the role**:

- To foster a nurturing environment that encourages the students’ growth
- To offer personalised teaching and learning in an autism specific environment
- To enable creative ways of communicating concepts to children
- A devoted Teaching Assistant to support the class teacher and assist students in 1:1 and in small groups

- Supports children with Social Emotional and Mental Health Issues between 9 to 16 years of age

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs
- Available immediately to work as a Teaching Assistant
- Able to carry out** personal care **as part of the role
