Domestic Heating Safety Lead

Are you passionate about gas safety and compliance? We’re looking for a Domestic Heating Safety Lead (Compliance) to oversee the safety, quality, and efficiency of our domestic heating services. **Where Does This Role Fit In?**

As part of the Compliance Team, you’ll report to the M&E Contracts Manager and work closely with our contractors, leading the delivery of our domestic heating servicing programme, reactive maintenance, and installation works while ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Your role will involve monitoring industry standards, conducting audits, and managing contract performance to ensure excellence in service delivery. You will also have the opportunity to engage with innovative housing technologies, contributing to our commitment to sustainability and net zero housing solutions.

- The salary for this role is £46,502 for a 37 hour full time permanent position
- Flexible working policies - we are hybrid working. For this role you will be out and about within our communities, aswell as attending our offices in Swansea or Newport as and when required
- 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays , rising to 30 days with length of service
- Mileage paid at 45 per mile
- A basic DBS is required for the role which we pay for.
