We are always on the lookout for super talented individuals to join the Beresfords sales teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a customer service background, and ideally some experience in sales, wishing to embark on a career within Estate Agency. You will receive full training, including a two-week induction from our Head Office.

**Duties will include (but not limited to)**:

- Booking and conducting viewings of properties with prospective buyers
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Canvassing and lead generation via a combination face to face and telephone interactions
- Sales progression
- Cross selling other services from within the Beresfords Group

**Essential Requirements**:

- Full UK Driving License and have use of your own vehicle
- Self motivated and target driven
- Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable**
- Previous sales experience is highly advantageous

**Salary & Benefits**

**£27,000-£30,000 OTE**, with a guaranteed basic of circa £18,000, depending on experience.

**Hours of Work**

Full time hours, 8:30am-6:00pm, where Saturday’s are worked you will have a day off in the week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
