Mobile Consultant

A Celebrus Mobile Consultant has a varied role spanning Research and Testing of integrations with new mobile technologies and frameworks, training and documentation in addition to customer consultancy and evangelism of the mobile space. You will be focused on bringing Celebrus to life for our customers across their mobile channels. To be successful in this role requires the ability to work with both the business and technical teams within our client organizations. You will take ownership of supporting our customers in enabling Celebrus data collection to activate the use cases required from our customers.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Troubleshooting, understanding, resolving and documenting issues in complex customer environments
- Technical liaison with customer Mobile and 3rd party Mobile teams to drive innovation
- Stay up to date on latest Celebrus software releases, installation requirements, and new feature configuration
- Attend team meetings to share knowledge, ideas, and collaborate on Innovation
- Provide clear, concise and timely updates to high priority items and escalate issues
- Represent our organisation in front of customers on calls, video meetings or even on-site in person
- Provide advice around our product integration, best practices, and possible use-cases
- Design training materials and provide training internally and externally to build knowledge of Celebrus functionality in the mobile space
- Continuously learn to keep up to date on technology
- Search for new technical solutions and think one step ahead

**Skills and Requirements**
- Experience developing using xCode or Android Studio
- Customer-facing experience, perhaps having worked at a mobile development agency or consultancy
- Proven real-time experience debugging code written by others
- Outstanding multi-tasking skills
- Natural technologist with a proven passion for learning and building out new skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills are vital
- Capable of conveying complex topics to business and technical audiences successfully
- Technical BSc in Business and Info Systems, Computing and Business, IT or MIS
- Working as part of a supportive, well-established team but is also self-sufficient and organized
- Security background checks will be performed_
