As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining this supportive and inclusive environment. The Role: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll work closely with a child on a 1:1 basis, with occasional participation in group learning activities. While prior experience working with children is essential, Team Teach training is desirable but not essential. Your main responsibility will be to support the child's behavioral development, collaborating with school staff and existing behavior plans to enhance classroom behavior and overall achievement. Over time, you'll build a strong rapport with the pupil, serving as a mentor and positive role model.
