**Retail Success Lead**
Right Medicine can be found all over Scotland with 35 Pharmacies currently.
Due to our ongoing expansion we are looking to add a brand new job role to our team. We are looking to introduce Retail Success Leads to support our teams across your area.
**What will the role involve?**
You will support your defined Pharmacies day to day on the pharmacy standards, merchandising, training and development and some other Pharmacy operations as they come up. You will also act as a support to your Regional Support Manager when they are on holiday.
**Who are we looking for?**
**Handy info to know**:
This role will see you cover a wide area of Pharmacies so a driving licence is a must, and an understanding that you will be covering a large area day to day.
**Hours Of Work**:_ _**Monday - Friday 9am-5pm - 40hrs per week. (Saturday on call rotation required)
**What area are we looking for?**
AREA 1 - Central Scotland area spanning from Edinburgh down to Dumfries
AREA 2 - Highlands and Grampian
