We are recruiting a Database Reporting Officer to join our HQ CRM Team based in Godalming in the UK. The possibility of flexible, hybrid working is possible, however a minimum of 2 days per week in office will be required.
**About the role**
This new role has been created to provide colleagues with a dedicated resource to provide reports and dashboards from our Salesforce CRM system, to assist with monitoring of fundraising performance, guide decision making and help improve relationships withdonors. The role will mainly work closely with our Global Individual Giving and Major Gifts teams to build and maintain a suite of reports, based on their requirements and deal with ad-hoc requests as required. Where necessary, this role will also providea reporting resource for other areas of the organisation.
**About you**
You will have experience of producing high quality reports and dashboards from CRM systems. You will have a proven track record of working alongside colleagues to understand requirements and deliver impactful reporting to assist them in their roles. You willalso be able to train users, both individually and in groups on how to use reporting tools. Preferably your experience will have been gained using Salesforce, but transferable skills from similar systems will be considered.
