Known for delivering outstanding customer service and maximising rental growth, Native Communities is dedicated to operational excellence and are on an ambitious journey to continue its growth across the UK and to build a reputation for delivering a fantastic service to both investor clients and residents.
**Summary of Position**:
To provide an outstanding experience to our residents of our Build to Rent (BTR) scheme, comprising 373 apartments in Leith, Edinburgh. To ensure a high level of customer service is always provided to residents and to engage with residents, creating a sense of community within the building. Ensure the safety and security of the development is at the forefront of your mind. All issues are dealt with swiftly and in a professional manner.
You will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. It’s about first impressions, so you’ll take great pride in your presentation, and this will reflect in your front of house which you’ll keep clean, smart and welcoming at all times. Finally, you will have the interpersonal skills needed to create a thriving community by building relationships and ensuring the resident experience is always first class.
You are a people person with strong interpersonal skills, thriving in busy environments where multitasking is key. Energetic and approachable, you resolve issues efficiently while ensuring residents and visitors feel welcome and appreciated. You take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting front of house, understanding the importance of first impressions.
